Tooley Mental Lap Band - Platinum Support Program

The Platinum  program  provides a full  6-months of support beyond the installation of your Mental Lap Band™.  It is the most complete program that assists you every week to release weight to reach your "perfect size and shape" and master the healthful eating habits that will maintain them for the rest of your life.  

• It has hypnosis sessions to increase your preferences for healthy foods and decrease your preferences for unhealthy food. 
• It has hypnosis sessions to help you discover the beliefs and rules of your eating behaviors and to help you adjust them to make better food choices. 
• It includes the social support of group sessions. 
• The nutrition component aids your clarity about what is healthy for you and what not and in what proportion. 
• It sets the stage for great nutrition for the rest of your life.

Tooley Mental Lap Band - Gold Support Program

The Tooley Mental Lap Band Gold  program includes all of the features of the full Platinum program for a shorter time and resulting fewer sessions.  It includes the Tooley Mental Lap Band that aids in portion control and facilitates weight loss.  If your goal weight is not too far below your current weight, this may be a good option.

Weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week is considered the ideal rate. Use this guide to decide which program is right for you.
