In general, payment timing flexibility is available for an additional fee. If the total fee is not paid at the first session (excluding complimentary preliminary consultation, if any), there will be an additional processing fee of $25 per payment. Services are provided after payment for the services. (Payment is "in advance").

Some insurance companies partially pay for weight loss services "out of network."  We can provide an invoice or CMS-1500 insurance claim form, if requested.

First session..........1/4 of the total (rounded to nearest $25) + $25.

3rd session...........same as 1st session

5th session............same as 1st session

7th session............balance remaining for total program fee +$25

  The first payment is payable by cash, check or credit card at the initial preparation session.  The second payment is due at the 3rd (installation) session, and the third payment is due at the 5th session. Final payment for the Gold phase is made at the 7th session.

The payment schedule for the Platinum Support Plan follows the same schedule as the Gold plan.  The total fee is divided in quarters and rounded to the next higher $25 increment. This, (+ $25) is the payment for the 1st, 3rd, and 5th, sessions. At the 7th session, the balance from the total fee (+$25) is due.
